Casa Silva Dominga Brut, a greenish yellow sparkling wine, clean and bright, with notes of green apple, flowers and toast on the nose. The palate has a medium structure, delicate, persistent and elegant bubbles. Very good acidity, fresh and long finish.
Dominga Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes; it has a greenish yellow color of soft intensity, clean and bright. Subtle notes of green apple, white pear, orange blossom and grapefruit on the nose. The palate shows a medium structure with delicate and creamy bubbles. Its acidity is refreshing, its finish is long and elegant.
