Casa Silva Cool Coast Sauvignon Gris
The Cool Coast line was born on the cold coast of the Colchagua Valley, in the Paredones vineyard, influenced by the cool breeze of the Pacific Ocean.
Sauvignon Gris is an aromatic wine with medium-high acidity, light, fresh and floral, with saline and vegetal flavors at the end of the palate.
The origin of these plants comes from the reproduction of genetic material from our Angostura Sauvignon Gris, which dates back to 1912. This characteristic gives us a complex wine, with pleasant acidity and a very good mouthfeel.
