The Cool Coast line was born on the cold coast of the Colchagua Valley, in the Paredones vineyard, influenced by the cool breeze of the Pacific Ocean.
Casa Silva Cool Coast Syrah Rosé, a bright pale pink wine, is refreshing, lightly structured, fruity, floral and with good persistence on the finish.
This Rosé wine is made by controlling the color extraction in the pneumatic press and then fermented in a similar way to a white wine. A Rosé with great aromatic expression, a delicate and soft pink color.
