Casa Silva 1912 Vines Sauvignon Gris

It is a clonal mutation of Sauvignon Blanc, it takes on a pink coloration as it approaches the point of ripening. This grape variety is part of our 1912 heritage vineyards. It is a wine with a good mouthfeel, complex and balanced.

A straw yellow wine of low intensity, aromas of yellow lemon, white pear, green melon, fresh apricots, pineapple and lemon blossom. The palate is medium-high acidity, fresh, with good volume, tropical and ripe citrus flavors.
