This wine is made from Semillon, Viognier and Gewurztraminer grapes which are normally harvested at the end of May and fermented together. An explosion of aromas and flavors.

A wine with a bright and intense golden color, the nose is expressive and floral, with notes of honey, pink grapefruit and orange peel. The palate is round and balanced, with good acidity and medium body. Long and persistent finish.

The palate is balanced between sweetness and acidity, with flavors of honey, flowers and overripe stone fruit. Long and harmonious finish.

Its perfect balance between sugar and acidity allows it to be served with a wide range of desserts, such as creme brulee, chocolate mousse, cakes or mature cheeses such as Roquefort or comté.
