Casa Silva Cool Coast Syrah

The influence of the Pacific Ocean on the Paredones vineyard, located in the Colchagua Valley, gave rise to our Cool Coast line, which is characterized by complex, elegant, mineral wines with adequate natural acidity. A Syrah with an intense purple-red color, aromas of black fruits, fresh lavender and charcuterie. In the mouth, firm and abundant tannins, meaty flavors and great varietal character.

This variety does not adequately tolerate cold climates, so its ripening is slow and does not reach high sugar concentrations, giving us wines with low alcohol content and very fresh.
