Casa Silva Gran Terroir Chardonnay

Facing the Andes Mountains, the Angostura Vineyard is located, the original field of the Family, whose plantations date back to 1912 with vines brought from France by the First Generation. Varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris are the varieties best rooted in this place. A Great Terroir for great wines!

A medium intensity straw yellow wine with aromas of ripe pineapple, papaya, peaches, yeast and orange blossom. The palate has medium-high acidity, ripe stone fruit and tropical fruit, with lactic and floral flavors on the finish.

Aroma

Palate

The palate has medium-high acidity, ripe stone fruit and tropical fruit, spicy and lactic flavors. Well-structured and powerful finish.

Serve with oily fish such as grilled grouper with orange sauce and pastelera de choclo.
